Jojoba is one of the best moisturizers for extra-dry or flaky skin it helps restore moisture and elasticity making your skin smooth and firm.
Helps:

antioxidant

dryness/dandruff

Anti inflammatory

stretch marks

easily absorbing oil

some people minor acne

silky smooth skin

Ingredients: Jojoba oil
Category: moisturizing oil, scars, healing

The oil comes from the Jojoba plant before whaling used to be the source for cosmetic products ever since the ban on whaling it’s commonly found in beauty products for the skin and hair. It is known to work well with people with sensitive skin issues. Also helps reduce wrinkles and other lines associated with aging. In addition, it helps promote the growth of new skin cells. It even has some anti-bacterial qualities too.

Why Jojoba oil is not like other oils.

One of the main worries of oil is will it cause flare ups, jojoba helps in the healing process by reinforcing the outer layer of the skin (the epidermis). One of the main benefits of oils is how quickly the skin is absorbed by your skin, small amount needed. It also prevents cells losing moisture leaving your skin soft and smooth.

What to buy

When you are looking for Jojoba make sure you look for organically grown Jojoba oil that is pressed not chemically extracted. Jojoba can be a bit more expensive then other natural products.

You can also use the oil for your hair, its popular for bringing hair back to life.

Green Tea is becoming more popular for drinking, usage in beauty products, what is the big deal?
Helps:

exert sun damage protection

minerals and vitamins

anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties

Ingredients: Green Tea and hot water
Directions: anytime
Category: healthy drink

Green Tea benefits

Green is famous for anti-oxidants, they protect against free radical damage to the skin from our environment such as pollution which promotes aging.

“Secondly, green tea increases the effectiveness of sunscreen. It protects against photo-aging and photo-damage caused by ultraviolet rays, and also brings down inflammation caused by sun damage. Inflammation causes aging of the body systemically because it results from exposure to UV radiation, which ages the skin.”

Green Tea minimizing breakouts

Green tea may also prevent acne with it's natural anti-bacterial properties and balancing hormones that lead to break outs. When hormones are unbalanced – during puberty, pregnancy or menopause – they generate excess oil.

With an overload of oil, your hair follicles are clogged and bacteria happily grow, thus causing acne. Green tea will decrease your raging hormones and minimise your breakouts.

If you wish to include green tea in your skin care today it’s a good idea.

Rose hip oil works great for the skin because it’s high content rich Vitamin C. The oil from rose hips has a lot of benefits and consists of 80 percent essential fatty acids. The benefits show it minimizes the signs of aging and wrinkles and counters the suns drying effect that is noticeable from fine around the eyes and mouth.

Cost
The cost is around $10 and comes in a small bottle. It will last you a long time, you only need a small amount and your skin litterally "soaks it up". Rose Hip Oil is found in a various beauty product lines. There are a few sites offering rose hip online, i purchased mine off ebay.

Steps
1.	Massage the oil slowly and thoroughly to achieve the best results.

It may make the skin oily so don’t apply to much.
