Sensitive or thin skin, apply a chemical exfoliator like glycolic acid or Retin-A only once a week otherwise use a grainy scrub.
How Often Should I Exfoliate?
It is recommended to only exfoliate once per a week. If your skin is on the oily side, you can exfoliate up to twice a week with a grainy scrub.
Protection
Baking soda removes dead skin cells, it is recommended you do it at night and apply sunscreen to prevent sun damage.
Steps
This one is very easy to do and you can adapt it to your products.
1. Add two tablespoon of baking soda to your hand
2. Mix with your cleanser
3. Slowly rub in a circular motion on the face
4. Leave it on for 2 minutes
5. Rinse off
You have now just removed your dead skin cells
make sure to put on some sunscreen to protect your fresh new layer of skin.
